Although the introduction of computer came to India very late and now everywhere a computer is required may it be any industry. One can even say that this is very growing industry and the demand for the same will not stop and has great prospects. Growing industry also includes monetary growth. Computer software are prepared In United States, they have a big experimental office and qualified engineers working on various projects. United States is the country with maximum number of exports in computer software. Majorly all new software is invented in America itself. This software once invented get themselves registered so that no other company can ever copy them and than these software are exported to various countries as per the country needs and demand. Similarly, new hardware are discovered to make the computer Compaq and the functioning smoother and easier. United States generate lots of revenue through the export of computer software and hardware. China is one of the countries for the manufacturing of maximum hardware. That is now India doesn’t have to be depended on foreign countries for small software. There are many types of software required according to the type of industries and all these softwares are manufactured in India itself. And for hardware it is now happened that the all computer savvy knows the operation and lot of these software and hardware engineers are exported to foreign countries. Not only is these the softwares which are manufactured in India are exported to foreign countries and a good revenue generated through it. Gradually this industry is developing a lot with many expectations in India and has high prospects for India. Study of software and hardware in India is given a lot of importance and a lot qualified engineers are being coming out who have demand in foreign countries also.

Dead Sea among 7 Natural Wonders finalists
The Dead Sea is among 14 finalists in a global internet vote next year to choose the 7 wonders of the natural world, organisers said on Tuesday.
The famously salty lake at the lowest point in the world is in the running for a place alongside spectacular natural phenomena such as the Amazon River, the Galapagos Islands, the Grand Canyon and the Great Barrier Reef.
Others include Venezuela's Angel Falls, Canada's Bay of Fundy, the Maldives islands, Italy's Vesuvius volcano, Halong Bay in Vietnam, Iguazu Falls on the border between Brazil and Argentina, Lebanon's Jeita Grotto, Indonesia's Komodo national park and the Puerto Princesa underground river in the Philippines.
The Dead Sea is shared by Israel, Jordan and the occupied West Bank. It was almost eliminated from the contest (www.new7wonders.com) earlier this year when Middle East politics blocked their required cooperation.
But a last-minute compromise allowed the candidacy to proceed to the next stage. Final results are due in 2011, by which time the organisers expect one billion people will have voted online.
Over 100 million people participated in choosing the seven new, man-made wonders of the world announced in July 2007. Winning the title nearly tripled tourist visits to Jordan's ancient ruins of Petra, to the east of the Dead Sea

IPL first season made Rs 661 cr, cricket board got only Rs 15 cr
In its first season, the Indian Premier League (IPL) contributed less than Rs 15 crore to the coffers of the Board of Control for Cricket in India.
A draft note on the IPL's income and expenditure in the year ended March 2009, part of the BCCI's detailed financial accounts being circulated among board members for their perusal, shows that while the high-profile tournament generated Rs 661 crore in total income, its surplus, which is the amount left after accounting for expenses, was only Rs 14.86 crore.
The expenses included share of franchisees in IPL's income from media rights and sponsorships, prize money, opening ceremony expenses, advertisements, and Rs 26 crore as compensation to Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals for the cancelled Champions League 2008.
Two senior members of BCCI confirmed that the board was reviewing its accounts for the 2008-09 year and a draft copy of the financial statements had been sent to the members for vetting. The accounts are expected to be approved by the board in its meeting scheduled for September 2.
According to the draft note, a copy of which is with The Indian Express, one of the biggest contributors to IPL's income were the media rights sold to broadcast company Multi Screen Media Pvt Ltd and sports marketing company World Sports Group.
The league got Rs 242 crore in the first year from the deal, which was negotiated at $1.02 billion for 10 years. This included a $108 million commitment for promoting the event. The media rights were renegotiated with the same partners at $1.6 billion, for nine years, from the second season onwards.
In the first year, franchisee consideration brought in around Rs 290 crore and sponsorships Rs 111 crore. Among the other sources of income were pouring rights (Rs 10 crore) signed with beverage company PepsiCo.
As promised by the IPL management, a large part of the revenue generated was shared with franchisees and also on initiatives to build the excitement around the event. Around Rs 220 crore, for instance, was awarded to franchisees as part of their share in IPL's central revenue pool. The league also shared the Rs 10 crore from the income from pouring rights with the franchisees. The IPL management spent around Rs 33 crore on advertising, whereas league and administrative expenses accounted for an additional Rs 65 crore.
Lalit Modi, the chairman of IPL, declined to comment saying he had not seen the accounts. He, however, said: "...profits may have been less, but you should look at the total money (generated by IPL)."
M P Pandove, honorary treasurer of the BCCI, said he could not comment on the issue because the financial accounts of BCCI for 2008-09 were still with the auditors.

Most risky star in cyberspace
Actress Jessica Biel has overtaken Brad Pitt as the most dangerous celebrity to search in cyberspace, according to Internet security company McAfee Inc. For the third consecutive year, McAfee surveyed which A-list celebrity was the riskiest to track on the Internet after Pitt topped the list last year and Paris Hilton came in first in 2007. (Text courtesy: Reuters)(AP photos)Biel, 27, who shot to fame in the TV show "7th Heaven" and most recently starred in "Easy Virtue," was deemed the most dangerous, with fans having a one-in-five chance of landing at a website that has tested positive for online threats, such as spyware, adware, spam, phishing, and viruses. "Cybercriminals are star watchers too - they latch onto popular celebrities to encourage the download of malicious software in disguise," McAfee's Jeff Green said in a statement. I don't watch Katrina's films: Salman Khan
Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has been a part of the Indian film industry for more than 20 years. Controversy’s favourite child, the actor will soon be seen in his new film Wanted. In an interview with CNN-IBN's Entertainment Editor Rajeev Masand, Salman gets candid about Katrina, marriage and ex-girlfriends.
Rajeev Masand: Salman it's been 20 years exactly since Maine Pyar Kiya. It's the film, which shot you to success and fame. What are your memories of making the film?
Salman Khan: I didn't want to go meet Suraj (Suraj Barjatya). I was literally forced ot go and meet him. I was thinking it's Rajshri, they will make wear a dhoti. They had made serious films so I said I didn't want to go meet him. Then I was told that I must go n meet him. So Honey uncle, who works with my dad, gave me money for taxi and then I went and met him. But when Suraj started narrating the script to me I thought it was super cool. And when he started talking about the Kabootar song Suraj got tears in his eyes. Looking at Suraj I got tears in my eyes. The way he looked at me, he knew that I felt the scene. As soon as the narration finished I said okay Suraj, I'm on. He said 'no, no I haven't signed you yet, I’m looking for more people'. So I on hearing this suggested four-five of my friends and said if not me one of my friends should get it.
Rajeev Masand: There is this story that filmmaker Ashutosh Gowarikar who was an actor at the time was almost signed for the film with Bhagyashree?
Salman Khan: No, no he's lying. But Rajiv Goswami and Deepak Tijori were considered. Suraj was flying to Ooty to sign Neelam Kothari for Bhagyashree's role. He then saw Bhagyashree in the office and signed her, I told him Bhagyashree looks like my sister. But he said she was perfect for the role and then when we saw her on screen, she was an absolute delight.
Rajeev Masand: In these 20 years, you have done films which went on to become big blockbusters and some that were complete washouts. Do you get upset when a film doesn't work or flops?
Salman Khan: When one does a film and everything goes on right in it, the director, producer, actors have all done their bits, but when you see it just doesn't work. Sometimes it turns out superb and sometimes it just doesn't work. My film Love is an example of that, I was really happy with that film but it didn't work. Even Andaz Apna Apna which is now a cult comedy film didn't work at the time. They were ahead of their time.
There are also times when an actor tells the director not to make a film in a certain way, but then the director tells you to trust him and you have to. And then when the film doesn't do well, I realise that I told the director the same thing. Now days what I've started doing is, I tell the directors that I've heard enough of 'trust me' and people ultimately say 'Salman's film didn't work' so I tell them to trust me now that I've been in the industry for 20 years.
Rajeev Masand: Your new film Wanted is an all out action film. It's been a long time since you have done an action film?
Salman Khan: Yes, it's been quite some time. Veergati and Karan Arjun were the last two action films.

Online networking may decide job prospects!
Your social networking activities online -- whether you tweet a few lines or scribble on the Facebook wall -- could well decide your job prospects, as more number of American employers are turning to such sites before zeroing in on the right candidate for employment.
A major chunk of the US employers are banking on social networking sites such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and MySpace, to research on a candidate before recruitment, says a survey.
Nearly half of employers surveyed in the US by job portal CareerBuilder showed that 45 per cent of them use social networking sites to research job candidates. Last year, the same stood at just 22 per cent.
About 11 per cent are planning to start using social networking sites for screening.
Moreover, about 35 per cent of employers reported that they have found content on social networking sites that made them decide not to hire the candidate.

Carpenter's future uncertain after horrific car accident
Dubai: A young man in ward No 2 of Rashid Hospital has been lying unconscious for the past 16 months after being hit by a car.
The 24-year-old Sri Lankan carpenter came to work in the UAE three years ago to support his family back home.
Mohammad Ajmal Mohammad's father, who is himself unwell, has come from Sri Lanka to help his son.
Mohammad Ansar Abdul Rahim said his son was a victim of a horrific traffic accident.
"My son was admitted to hospital in April last year. He was brought unconscious to Rashid Hospital Emergency in a very bad condition after the accident," the father said. The father said Mohammad was put on a ventilator. A CT scan revealed severe brain oedema and multiple brain contusions.
Doctors said Mohammad's condition has improved considerably but he is still unconscious and is fed through tubes.
The 45-year-old father has renewed his visit visa for the last 9 months.
"My visa is sponsored by the accountant of Ajmal's company who is also from Sri Lanka. That man is the only visitor who sees my son from the company [which] abandoned my son after the accident."
The father himself is admitted in the same ward of Rashid Hospital due to diabetes and doctors fear his left leg below the knee may have to be amputated.
In a bid to save his leg, Abdul Rahim went back to Sri Lanka to seek treatment. Valley of Love, a Dubai-based charity, helped him to do so and he has returned after successful treatment. The family has no source of income and now has to deal with hospital costs.
In Sri Lanka, the father and son belong to a village in Central Province.
Abdul Rahim has a small grocery shop. He sold his property in a remote part of the village to buy a small house and make improvements to his shop.
He owes his brother Rs300,000 (Dh9,595). He has a wife, two sons and two daughters. "I am indebted Rs300,000 and the shop is now in great loss," he said.
"I left my village to come here to look after my son &we lost our shop too. I want to go home with my son but I have no clue how I will support him," the father said.
Plane and 3 cars collide after US freeway landing
The plane's tail hit a Chevrolet Suburban while it was still in the air, hit a Honda Accord just after landing, then was struck by a Volkswagen after it had come to rest, the CHP said.
A total of nine people were involved in the accident but none were hurt. A passenger in the Suburban asked to be taken to the hospital, but he was examined and quickly released, the CHP said.
Traffic was backed up for miles for the 90 minutes it took to clear the scene, the CHP said.
A small airplane made an emergency landing into oncoming traffic on a coastal freeway on Sunday and collided with three vehicles, but no one was injured, authorities said.
The Piper PA-24 Comanche with a pilot and his wife aboard was bound for Santa Barbara Airport when the pilot told air traffic controllers he had no fuel remaining and landed at about 10:30 a.m. local time on the southbound side of US Highway 101, about 1.6 kilometers northeast of the airport, Federal Aviation Administration spokesman Ian Gregor said.
The pilot, Kris Sean Michel, told investigators he had tried to land with the flow of traffic but could not control the plane and came down amid oncoming traffic, the California Highway Patrol said in news release.

79.5-kms-long Ganesha Chathurthi convoy sets record in Malaysia
Malaysia's longest convoy of 213 lorries participated in Vinayagar Chathurthi celebrations on Sunday, marking the birthday of Hindu Lord Ganesha.
The 79.5 kilometres long convoy, which included an elephant to signify the deity, achieved a new feat in the Malaysia Book of Records.
Hundreds of devotees walked beside the lorries, which had been decorated with portraits of the elephant-headed Hindu god, in a procession that began from the Sri Maha Mariamman temple in Kampung Sungai Kayu Ara, the Star Online reports.
The procession stopped briefly at various places, including the Kottu Malai Pillaiyar temple in Jalan Pudu Lama.
Among the devotees at the Kottu Malai temple was J.K. Vassanthi, a school teacher, who has been taking a fast of silence in homage to Lord Ganesha's birthday for the past 28 years.
Another devotee who came to offer her prayers there was a Chinese woman, who embraced Hinduism three years ago.
"I feel calm and serene in this temple," said the woman, who only wanted to be known as Adeline.
The 32-year-old fitness trainer said she often prayed at a nearby temple but decided to drop by Kottu Malai after finding out about the festival.
Clerk C. Minatchi, 31, said she had been going to the temple every week for six years since her prayers had been answered.
"My brother had gone into coma after an accident. I prayed to Lord Ganesha and 10 days later, my brother recovered," she said.
Port company executive C. Kaleappan, 51, said he had been travelling all the way from Penang with his family to celebrate the occasion at Kottu Malai for the past 18 years.
"I feel a special bond with this temple and with the blessings of the Lord, my family is prosperous and healthy," he said, who came with his wife and three daughters. (ANI)

A barber who gets 15,000 pounds for a hair cut!
It may appear to be above the cut, but a barber in Britain gets 15,000 pounds for trimming Sultan of Brunei''s hair. Ken Modestou, who runs a barber''s at the Dorchester hotel in central London, was recently flown over to Brunei and given a self-contained suite on Singapore Airlines flight for the 7,000-mile trip to the Sultanate.
The cabin, which costs just under 11,000 pounds, was deemed necessary as the 63-year-old Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah wanted to ensure his barber was isolated from possible swine flu among other passengers, ''The Sunday Times'' reported. While Modestou''s clients at the Dorchester pay 30 pounds for a haircut, the Sultan, whose fortune is estimated at 12 billion pounds, gives him several thousand dollars in cash each time, apart from the flight and hotel accommodation for three to four nights.
George Kadi, who works with Modestou was quoted as telling a client: "Ken has been cutting the hair of the Sultan for 16 years. "He goes regularly, sometimes every three or four weeks.
The Sultan flies him first-class at a cost of about 9,000 pounds. Everything is paid for, hotel, luxury food.
It is a case of ''just keep signing, that''s all''." Kadi said that after trimming the Sultan''s hair, Modestou receives a "thick envelope" full of dollars

Mallana is formula driven
Mallana, the Telugu remake of the Tamil film Kandasamy is a commercial potboiler laced with a message, which is contemporary yet something old that has been plaguing the country for many centuries -- the issue of disparity between the have and the have-nots.
Director Susi Ganesan spins a yarn of the untold wealth of the rich distributed amongst the poor and the needy through a super-hero. The film is technically sound -- particularly the camera work and special effects. Great effort has gone into creating the special effects and selecting some of the locations, particularly Mexico.
Mallana (Vikram), an IPS officer working with CBI is a 'modern' Robin Hood. Under the name of Mallana (which is also another name of Lord Shiva [ Images ]), Mallana goes about doing super-human deeds to help the downtrodden. He listens to the woes of the poor after they write letters to Lord Mallana. He receives able help from his superior (played by thespian Krishna) and his gang of 11 friends. Mallana hunts all the rich businessmen and loots their money.
He runs into Subhalakshmi (Shriya), daughter of PPP (Ashish Vidyarthi), one of the businessmen he usurps the money from. Both Mallana and Subha play a cat-mouse game till they fall in love. Mallana does not spare PPP's wealth even in Mexico. Similarly Mallana targets another rich guy Rajmohan who has a plush caravan like bus with all the facilities which he travels in. Both these men are up against Mallana. Another IPS officer (played by Prabhu) is trying to figure out who the super hero is.The theme of the story is good. But it's nothing new and has been treated in the formula pattern and therefore has all the routine stuff including an 'item' number by Mumaith Khan in the bus.
The special effects for the super hero are the only new aspect. It's quite intriguing to see the super hero who at first, like an 'eagle', swoops down and flaps his so-called 'wings' but after a point it does not arrest attention. The message of wealth being amassed by the rich (including politicians) even in Swiss banks is mentioned and how it would benefit the poor if distributed among them. Haven't we seen enough of such films before?
Susi Ganesan's screenplay in the first half is engaging but tends to drag in the second with more song breaks. There's quite a bit of confusion and no rationale or logic at times in the screenplay. The film seems to be drawn from Sivaji and Aparichitudu.
The inordinate length of three hours is quite a deterrent and one can feel the tedium especially post-interval. There is no doubt that producer Thanu and director Susi have spared no efforts to make a grand extravaganza but in the process have delivered a film which seems a bit inane at times.
Vikram looks the super hero but one is a trifle disappointed as there's not much scope for him to act in the film. It is not that kind of a role which has a spectrum of emotions to deliver. Nevertheless he does a good job of what he has been given. He looks fit and trim and glides through the dances and action sequences well.
Shriya looks hot and sizzles on screen. She's flaunts her well-toned body quite a bit and looks a sexy siren too. Ashish Vidyarthi is like the normal villain. Prabhu does his role well.
Devisriprasad's music sounds good on screen especially the Allegra song (the choreography too is good). N K Ekambaram's cinematography is good and particularly excellent in the parts shot in Mexico where the camera pans the rugged landscape beautifully and in one or two songs.
Mallana is heavy on slickness and technical finesse and less on content with too long a running time. Watch it if you are stuck on commercial stuff

Tirupati priest steals temple jewels to marry daughters
In a shocking and first such incident, a head priest of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has confessed to stealing ornaments from the temple to marry his daughters.
The accused, identified as Kattu Venkata Ramana Dikshitulu, is the head priest of Lord Sri Kodanda Ramaswamy temple in Tirupati. The incident came to light after the priest was questioned by TTD officials when they found ornaments worth nearly Rs 10 lakh missing during the stock-taking of the temple jewellery.“I know I have committed a crime. I have three daughters and poverty forced me to do this,” the priest said.
According to the police, he stole the ornaments two years ago and mortgaged it to a moneylender and borrowed money from him. “The priest has confessed to the theft. He claims he would have got the necklace back in a few months by repaying the debt,” an official said.
Taking serious view of the incident, the TTD suspended the priest and booked a case against him. It also a vigilance officer and two guards at the temple apart from one Shah Akella, the custodian of the God’s jewels during the time.
The Venkateshwara shrine owns about 12 tonnes of gold and diamond jewellery, worth Rs 52,000 crore, some dating back to the 12th century.

Obama greets Muslims across globe on Ramadan
Reaching out to Muslims across the globe, US President Barack Obama has pledged "concrete actions" to build a world that is more peaceful and secure, in his Ramadan message sent out in about a dozen languages including Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and Punjabi. In a video address, Obama greeted 1.5 billion Muslims across the world getting ready for the holy month of Ramadan, a month-long period of prayer, reflection and sunrise-to-sunset fasts, which began today in Middle East and in most of the Islamic world.
Obama said the rituals of Ramadan are a reminder of the principles Muslims and Christians have in common. He said those principles include advancing justice, progress, tolerance and the dignity of all human beings.
US embassies in the Muslim world had held consultations with governments and citizens and he was now "focused on pursuing concrete actions", Obama said in the message which was translated in about a dozen languages, including Hindi, Urdu, Bengali and Punjabi.
"We have listened. We have heard you. And like you, we are focused on pursuing concrete actions that will make a difference over time–both in terms of the political and security issues that I have discussed, and in the areas that you have told us will make the most difference in peoples' lives," he said.
"Ramadan is a time of intense devotion and reflection – a time when Muslims fast during the day and perform "tarawih" prayers at night, reciting and listening to the entire Koran over the course of the month," Obama said alluding to his father's Muslim background.
Asserting that his administration is committed to build a world that is more peaceful and secure, he said, "That is why we are responsibly ending the war in Iraq. That is why we are isolating violent extremists while empowering the people in places like Afghanistan and Pakistan".
This is the reason why the US is unyielding in its support for a two-state solution that recognises the rights of Israelis and Palestinians to live in peace and security, he said, adding, "That is why America will always stand for the universal rights of all people to speak their mind, practice their religion, contribute fully to society and have confidence in the rule of law".
"All of these efforts are a part of US' commitment to engage Muslims and Muslim-majority nations on the basis of mutual interest and mutual respect. And at this time of renewal, I want to reiterate my commitment to a new beginning between America and Muslims around the world," Obama said.
Referring to his Cairo speech, he said this new beginning must be borne out in a sustained effort to listen to each other, to learn from each other, to respect one another, and to seek common ground.

Flexible high-resolution home theatre displays come closer to reality
You may soon get to enjoy facilities like flexible high-resolution home theatre displays, wearable health monitors, and biomedical imaging devices because scientists are working on a novel process for creating new classes of lighting and display systems.
John Rogers, the Flory-Founder Chair Professor of Materials Science and Engineering at the University of Illinois, has revealed that the new process is all about creating and assembling ultrathin, ultrasmall inorganic light-emitting diodes (LEDs) into large arrays offers new classes of lighting and display systems with interesting properties, such as see-through construction and mechanical flexibility.
He said that such properties would be impossible to achieve with existing technologies.
"Our goal is to marry some of the advantages of inorganic LED technology with the scalability, ease of processing and resolution of organic LEDs," said Rogers.
Compared to their organic counterparts, inorganic LEDs are brighter, more robust and longer-lived.
Organic LEDs, however, are attractive because they can be formed on flexible substrates, in dense, interconnected arrays.
Rogers and his colleagues-including collaborators from Northwestern University, the Institute of High Performance Computing in Singapore, and Tsinghua University in Beijing-say that the new technology combines features of both.
"By printing large arrays of ultrathin, ultrasmall inorganic LEDs and interconnecting them using thin-film processing, we can create general lighting and high-resolution display systems that otherwise could not be built with the conventional ways that inorganic LEDs are made, manipulated and assembled," Rogers said.
To overcome requirements on device size and thickness associated with conventional wafer dicing, packaging and wire bonding methods, the researchers have developed epitaxial growth techniques for creating LEDs with sizes up to 100 times smaller than usual.
They have also developed printing processes for assembling these devices into arrays on stiff, flexible, and stretchable substrates.
To create an array, a rubber stamp contacts the wafer surface at selected points, lifts off the LEDs at those points, and transfers them to the desired substrate.
"The stamping process provides a much faster alternative to the standard robotic 'pick and place' process that manipulates inorganic LEDs one at a time. The new approach can lift large numbers of small, thin LEDs from the wafer in one step, and then print them onto a substrate in another step," Rogers said.
The researcher says that shifting position and repeating the stamping process can transfer LEDs to other locations on the same substrate, and, in this fashion, large light panels and displays can be crafted from small LEDs made in dense arrays on a single, comparatively small wafer.
Given that the LEDs can be placed far apart and still provide sufficient light output, Rogers says that the panels and displays can be nearly transparent.
He even envisions the creation of flexible and even stretchable sheets of printed LEDs, which can have potential use in the health-care industry.
"Wrapping a stretchable sheet of tiny LEDs around the human body offers interesting opportunities in biomedicine and biotechnology, including applications in health monitoring, diagnostics and imaging," Rogers said.
A research article describing the researchers' work has been published in the journal Science. (ANI)

Jackson burial postponed, judge approves exhibition
Michael Jackson's family on Friday delayed his burial by five days as a judge ruled that a touring show of his memorabilia could go on and police raided another pharmacy in their ongoing probe of his sudden death.
The "Thriller" singer's burial will now take place on Sept. 3 and not Aug. 29, which would have been Jackson's 51st birthday, because some family members did not want the pop star to be buried on that day, said Londell McMillan, attorney for the singer's mother, Katherine Jackson.
McMillan said there was a miscommunication within the family about the burial date. "I think there were two dates floated originally," McMillan told Reuters, saying some family members wanted him buried on the birthday and others objected.
The service for friends and family will still be held at Glendale Forest Lawn Memorial Park, in a suburb of Los Angeles at 7 p.m. PDT (10 p.m. EDT/0200 GMT).
Jackson suffered cardiac arrest and died on June 25. A police investigation into his death appears focused on his use of prescription drugs and on the doctors who treated him.
On Friday, federal drug enforcement agents raided a pharmacy in Beverly Hills that Jackson had used.
Police have previously raided the home and offices of Jackson's personal doctor, Conrad Murray, who was hired to care for Jackson ahead of a series of London concerts planned for July and has become a key subject of their investigation.
They have searched the offices of Jackson's dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, in recent months, too.
Also on Friday, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff approved a deal between executors of Jackson's 2002 will and concert promoter AEG Live for a travelling exhibition of Jackson memorabilia over the family's objections.
Tensions over the estate's administration have risen in recent days, in part because Katherine Jackson's attorneys have said they could file a wrongful death lawsuit against Murray and name AEG, which paid the doctor, as a co-defendant.
McMillan said Katherine Jackson and others in the singer's family objected to the touring exhibition because they believe it is irresponsible to rush into too many business deals, and doing so could undermine a potential wrongful death suit.
"Mrs. Jackson will not approve something that could possibly be used against her if she chooses to file a future lawsuit," McMillan said.
AEG attorney Kathy Jorrie called the idea of filing a wrongful death suit against the company "outrageous" and said it "has only been supportive of Michael Jackson."
"It's so disturbing that he (McMillan) would once again suggest that Katherine Jackson has a wrongful death claim against AEG," Jorrie told Reuters.

China Mobile to Develop Phone With HTC
China Mobile, the world's largest mobile carrier, will develop smartphones with Taiwan's HTC to compete with Apple Inc's iPhone, Taiwan media reported on Friday.
China Mobile will launch its Ophone running on the OMS (Open Mobile System) platform with HTC, the Economic Daily reported, citing China Mobile chairman Wang Jianzhou. China Mobile could also set up a procurement center to raise its purchases from Taiwan suppliers, the Commercial Times reported. The reports come a day after China Mobile posted its slowest interim profit growth since it listed in 1997 and said it expects average revenue per user to slide in the months to come. Wang will kick off a nine-day trip to Taiwan starting Friday, visiting the chairs of HTC and Mediatek, the island's top chip design house, it said. China Mobile said in April it was buying a 12 percent stake of Taiwan's Far EasTone for $592 million, in one of the biggest investments by a Chinese firm in Taiwan as ties warm between the former rivals

Swine flu hits Ramadan pilgrimages to Saudi
The rising number of swine flu cases and deaths across the Middle East has cast a cloud over the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, with a plunge in the number of people going on pilgrimage to Mecca Arrivals in Islam's holiest city surged ahead of Ramadan starting this week, residents said, but the numbers were well below usual.
With Egypt, Iran and Iraq among countries placing restrictions on who can undertake the minor pilgrimage or umrah during Ramadan because of swine flu, businesses in Mecca are forecasting a disastrous month. Business in the holy city of Mecca could be down by 40 percent in the coming month because of flu fears, Saad al-Qurashi of the Mecca Chamber of Commerce and Industry told Al-Yaum newspaper.
"For umrah we are receiving so many cancellations for Ramadan," said Naseem Khan, an official of Mecca's Mercure Grand Umm al Qura hotel, which caters mostly for pilgrims from Europe.
"The economy and flu, both of them affect it."

US to start testing swine flu vaccines in children
Data from tests on adults show it is safe to start trying out the new H1N1 swine flu vaccine in children, U.S. officials said on WednesdayThe National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases said it would soon start two trials of Sanofi-Aventis' vaccine in children aged 6 months to 17 years old.
"The safety monitoring committee reviewed data from more than 500 healthy adult and elderly volunteers enrolled in three ... trials of candidate H1N1 vaccines that began August 7, 2009," the NIAID, part of the National Institutes of Health, said in a statement.
"The committee found no safety concerns in those trials that would preclude trials from proceeding in children," it added. One trial will enroll up to 650 children aged six months to 17 years in six U.S. cities who will get either a large or small dose of H1N1 vaccine in two shots three weeks apart.
A second trial will give children Sanofi's H1N1 vaccine before, after or at the same time as the seasonal flu vaccine.
Five companies are making both seasonal and H1N1 flu vaccines for the U.S. market -- AstraZeneca's MedImmune unit, CSL, GlaxoSmithKline Plc, Novartis AG and Sanofi.
HHS says 45 million doses of the H1N1 vaccine will be on hand in mid-October, when mass vaccination is planned.
Because it takes months to make a vaccine and because the autumn flu season is looming, companies are making and testing the new vaccine at the same time as U.S. officials plan to start vaccinating.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration is licensing the new influenza vaccine as if it were just a typical annual change in formulation done every year as the seasonal flu vaccine changes to match the drift, or slight mutations, in the circulating viruses.
Last month, the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices recommended pregnant women, health care and emergency medical workers, people caring for infants under 6 months old, children and young adults from 6 months to 24 years old and people 25 to 64 years old with chronic medical conditions such as asthma and diabetes be vaccinated first -- a total of 160 million people.

YouTube to feature Time Warner TV clips
Online video site YouTube said on Wednesday that it signed a deal with Time Warner Inc to feature programme clips from a range of its cable networks including CNN, Cartoon Network and Adult Swim.
No financial details were disclosed.
The move is the latest by the Google Inc -owned video service to increase the range of video clips through which it can sell advertising.
Currently, most of the clips are uploaded by users, which advertisers are reluctant to advertise alongside because they are frequently unprofessionally produced and may have inappropriate material.
Some Time Warner-owned programming is already available on YouTube including HBO and CNN International outside the United States.
The new deal will allow YouTube users in the United States to watch short clips of television shows like "Gossip Girl" and the "Ellen DeGeneres Show" as well as some Warner Brothers movies.
As part of the deal YouTube will also be integrating the Time Warner player into the site.

The top 100 most dangerous websites for your PC enlisted
Internet security company Norton Symantec has come up with a list of Top 100 Dirtiest sites, which could infect your computer with malware.
Malware is a software that can damage or compromise a computer system without the owner's consent.
Natalie Connor, spokeswoman of the anti-virus company, said that even visiting any of the named websites could expose a computer to infection and put the personal information into the hands of unwanted people.
"What people don't realise is when you type in a website, you're bringing down information on a page and with it could be malware," News.com.au quoted her as saying.
The list was compiled with the help of global data collected on Norton Safe Web, a site that analysed websites' security risks.
The infected sites had on average 18,000 threats and 40 per cent of the sites had more than 20,000 threats, while 75 per cent of websites on the list were found to be spreading malware for over six months.
According to Connor, most websites in the list had adult content with unprintable names, suggesting they contained hardcore pornography.
Some others sites include those on ice skating, deer hunting, catering and legal services.
Hackers can apparently obtain personal information using keystroke-logging software from both PCs and Mac computers.he reps said that hackers are a force to reckon with as cyber crime is increasing rapidly.
She added: "The last thing we want to do is scare people, we want to educate them so they know how to protect themselves.
"It's not about the fame any more of creating viruses and getting in the media. They're making money."

Now you can hire a Ferrari car
The credit crunch may have dented some motorists' dreams of owning a Ferrari but the rental market for luxury cars in many countries, including Australia, is gathering speed as the rest of the auto industry splutters.
Australia's Supercar Club, which makes luxury cars available to a pool of members, is drawing new clients every month who would rather borrow an Aston Martin or a Lamborghini on the weekend to release their inner James Bond than own one.
"I joined the club so that I could enjoy the benefits of the cars without the expenditure," said Rod Spencer, an IT consultant from Melbourne.
Luxury car clubs have become a popular alternative to the costly hobby of owning, insuring and maintaining high-priced hot wheels, giving car enthusiasts easy access to the keys of dozens of exotic cars.
Amid the financial crisis, sales of luxury cars have fallen sharply with Lamborghini, Bentley and Maserati this year reporting sales down more than half from a year ago in the United States alone. Sales for Ferrari and Porsche are down 30 percent.
This fall-off in luxury car sales has been a boost for clubs like Australia's Supercar Club which has sought to take advantage of this surge in interest by launching new ways to attract members seeking an auto adrenaline rush.
Earlier this year, it launched test drive days that are open to car enthusiasts happy to shell out A$1,320 to sample a selection of their dream cars including a Lamborghini Gallardo Coupe, a Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale or an Aston Martin V8 Vantage.
The club has also started a Superbike club and is currently looking into marine and aviation projects.
James Morrison, an Australian jazz trumpeter and co-host of TV car show "Top Gear Australia," said the club's multi-location offers great benefits for someone like him who travels a lot.
On arrival in Melbourne this past weekend "waiting for me at the airport was an Aston Martin," said the Sydney resident.
Morrison, a self-confessed car fanatic who has owned 98 cars so far, said the club allowed him to indulge in his passion of driving different cars without any hassle.
"I don't have to sell it, buy it and look after it myself. I just turn up, it's there, I drive it and when I am finished I give it back," he said.
THE KEYS TO LUXURY
Australia's Supercar Club started in 2006, operating from Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, and now has 150 members, including two women, with about five new members joining each month at present.
Members pay a one-off joining fee of A$4,500 then annual membership rates ranging from A$19,000 to A$42,500 which pays for between 15 and 80 driving days a year depending on the car and the day of the week as weekends are more costly.
The club, which has a fleet of 36 cars and adds a new car for every new five members, is expected to close its books when membership reaches 250.
Peter Dempsey, executive director at Supercar Club, said the combination of the global financial crisis and a pricey Australian tax on luxury cars had driven membership numbers up.
Last year the tax on luxury cars in Australia rose to 33 percent from 25 percent which sent the price of an imported Ferrari soaring.
"Immediately we felt the positive effect with an increase in inquiry and sign-up activities," said Dempsey.
"Our inquiry rate shot up at that point. Our conversion rate is higher. If receive 5 enquiries, traditionally we'd expect one out of 5 to buy a membership, but currently it's two out of 5."
Since the financial crisis, he noted demographic changes among the people joining the club which began by attracting bankers and financiers but is now drawing small business owners and entrepreneurs.
"If (someone) has his own workforce and has been telling men to tighten the belt and cut back on cost, (he) can't necessarily afford to turn up with a new Aston Martin," said Dempsey.
"So rather than go ahead and spend A$400,000-A$500,000 (on a car), he might continue to drive his own four-wheel drive Monday to Friday and use our cars on the weekend."

Jessica Simpson's lawyers issue legal warning to US tabloid
American singer Jessica Simpson's lawyers are said to have issued legal warning to a U.S. tabloid for publishing untrue stories about her love life.
American magazine The Star recently reported that Simpson was planning a tell-all book about her life, wherein she might reveal intimate details about her previous romances, including her marriage to singer Nick Lachey, reports the Daily Express.
But representatives for Simpson insist that the story was not true, and her lawyers have now issued a warning letter to the publication, urging editors to issue a retraction and an apology.
According to documents obtained by GossipCop.com, the star's legal team called the stories "unseemly and scandalous", and ordered the magazine to "cease and desist from publishing any further false and misleading allegations concerning Miss Simpson."
Simpson previously threatened legal action against U.S. magazine OK! in early 2008, relating to a false article about her relationship with now ex-boyfriend Tony Romo. (ANI)

Mallika turns down Feroz Khan Offer
Mallika Sherawat is not going to be part of the remake of Feroz Khan's Qurbani. Apparently, reports saying that the actress has already signed the film are false.
The producers of the film have been in talks with the actress for quite a few months now but nothing concrete has come about as of now. Mallika has not yet consented to work on the film. Apparently Feroz Khan had approached the actress when the film was announced. But she feels that too much time has passed and there is no real interest in the film now. She feels that the interest in the film has fizzled out. Also, it seems that Mallika is not exactly impressed by Feroz Khan's credentials as a director. He is not exactly among the leading directors right now. According to sources, Feroz is location hunting in the US currently. Once he returns, he is likely to announce the leading lady. Feroz will be acting and directing the remake. But this time he will be playing the role made immortal by the late Amjad Khan. Fardeen will be playing dad Feroz's role while the search is on for an actor to play the role of Vinod Khanna. Saif Ali Khan was the original choice but the differences between him and Fardeen lead to the actor opting out.
